Addendum to Personal Data Notice and Consent (Taiwan)

This Addendum supplements the information provided to you in the Personal Data Notice and Consent form.

Please be advised that under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act 2015 (“PDPA”), you have the following rights:

• Right to review of your personal data;
• Right to make copies of your personal data;
• Right to supplement or correct your personal data;
• Right to discontinuance of the collection, processing or use of your personal data; and
• Right of deletion of your personal data.
